Hennessy Butter Steak

I never miss when it comes to making this steak! The combination of the robust flavor of Hennessy, creamy butter, and spices is a real crowd pleaser. It’s seasoned to perfection with: kosher salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic. Seared in a cast iron skillet on both sides and basted with creamy browned butter, a healthy shot (or 2) of Hennessy, rosemary and crushed garlic.

I haven’t entertained a dinner guest yet who hasn’t asked me for the recipe. Don’t forget a chilled glass of the refreshing cognac on the side to sip with your dinner. I had to figure out a way to showcase my cooking onto my page without interrupting the color scheme of the aesthetic on the page. I figured I could do that with my tablescape. I’ve never attempted to do a formal or decorative table setting to match my aesthetic. Let me tell you one thing, Pinterest quickly humbled me and let me know that I’m an amateur at best.

It’s classy for sure but I can do better. Charlotte Moss better watch out I’m coming for her spot LOL. I’ll keep working at it. I’ll be posting new ideas for recipes and tablescapes on my story. I’ll see you guys next time.
